This event is a special wine dinner at Carboy Winery, featuring five unique and rotating courses designed by their executive chef to pair wonderfully with select Carboy wines.
1st Course - Salted Cod Fritter with Grapefruit/citrus aioli
2nd Course - Chilled Savory Coconut And Banana Yellow Curry with bean sprout, peanut, mint Thai basil salad
3rd Course - Duck Confit Ragu with Tarragon Handkerchief Pasta, fresh ricotta, and cranberry
4th Course - Seared John Dory with Olive Oil Poached Potatoes and Nicoise olive- pumpernickel-black pepper crumble
5th Course - Cherry Braised Lamb Osso buco with creamy polenta and braised greens
