This Valentine’s Day, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is inviting guests to celebrate the most romantic day of the year with an equally romantic dinner. Chef de Cuisine Amy Jaqueth will serve a special three course prix fixe menu of inspired delicacies from the land and the sea. Guests will get the chance to enjoy dishes such as Sicilian Tuna Carpaccio, Tempura King Crab, Lobster Bisque, Cast Iron Scallops, Lamb Ravioli, Warm Hazelnut Cake, and Dark Chocolate Mousse. The dinner is $65 per person, with additional wine specials available as well. An a la carte version will be served at the bar. Jax’ regular menu will not be available.
