New Spring Menu at Emporium Kitchen and Wine Bar

At Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market, Sage Restaurant Group's American brasserie and market with wine and local artisanal goods, a 28 main seat patio and 10 seat patio connected to Bowerbird Coffee, offers guests a chance to enjoy new Spring menu additions from Executive Chef David Anderson. Hungry guests returning from a hike, bike ride or day trip to Horsetooth Reservoir can dig into:

  • Pasta Primavera, house made spaghetti, spring vegetables, hazel dell mushrooms, parmesan nage, $20
  • Falafel, cucumber, cherry tomato, dill yogurt, Aleppo peppers, pickled onion, watercress, house made flat bread, $11
