Strawberry Hemp Mylk

16 ounces strawberries
1¾ cups water
1 cup hemp hearts

Remove stems from strawberries. Rinse the berries. Cut berries in half or quarters, depending on their size. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Yields approximately 32 ounces.

Hemp Arugula Pesto

1 cup olive oil
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup walnuts
¾ cup hemp hearts
2 cups arugula
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

At least 2 hours before preparing the pesto, pour olive oil over sun-dried tomatoes. Let sit. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend for 2½ minutes, or until fully incorporate.
