This Downtown Denver “Corner Office” Is Anything But Corporate

A flight from The Corner Office.

A Magnificent Martini Menu May Technically Anchor this “Spirited” Spot’s Menu, But Don’t Sleep on Their Other Craft Cocktails and Culinary Creations

Located in downtown Denver’s playful theatre district, taking a trip to “The Corner Office” at Hotel Curtis doesn’t necessarily have to do with “corporate life.” You don’t need to be Don Draper or a character in The Wolf of Wall Street to enjoy a “two martini lunch” (although we have to say, that’s our limit at least until happy hour rolls around…). In fact, this spot’s full name is “The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar”—meaning there’s a whole list dedicated on the menu to signature martinis, and even the occasional “martini flight” (because why choose just one?).

The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar is a nostalgic throwback with a retro vibe made for the “work-hard-play-hard” crews of today. With a thoughtfully curated, eccentric martini-focused cocktail program and a lineup of indulgent dishes made to share (perfectly paired) it’s an after-work get together that’ll maybe lead to a “Music Dance Experience” with Seth Milchick you’ll actually want to remember (sorry, innie!) and can turn even Dwight Schrute into a softie amongst his Dunder Mifflin colleagues.

Looking toward the holiday season, The Corner Office is even gearing up to offer a Holiday Martini Flight featuring a taste of no less than four sweet but satisfying drinks: a Pumpkin Espresso Martini, Classic Espresso Martini, Peppermint Martini and Bourbon Apple Spice Martini.

The “Martini Bar” element at The Corner Office dates back to being a part of the original concept when this downtown restaurant first opened in 2007. The name and positioning plays off the cheeky, executive-office theme of the brand (it’s in a perfect position for some after work fun).

And while inspired by the indulgence of stereotypical executive office culture, the martini bar is designed to be fun and approachable, for everyone. It’s a space for all—inviting everyone to enjoy the “The Corner Office”—with the prime view—sort of experience.

At the time, while the martini can be a symbol of classic business culture, it’s also experiencing a modern resurgence with the current growth of the creative craft cocktail movement. TCO aims to be a fun, flirty, and social space—but still separate itself from a traditional craft cocktail or wine bar with its signature lineup of martini drinks.

While “martinis” are certainly the star of the show here, don’t miss TCO’s food menu which pairs these signature martinis with globally inspired comfort cuisine and playful small plates. The Corner Office is a fun cocktail destination and a social gathering spot.
