Edible Denver is a quarterly print publication that celebrates local farmers, artisans and producers. We share the stories of the dedicated people behind the food we eat with the goal of connecting our readers to them. By strengthening these connections, we hope to further promote a local food system that is not only delicious, but environmentally and economically sustainable.
Gail has been an Edible Magazine fan long before joining the team; she’d hunt down a copy anytime she visited a new city, eager to see what local food stories were being told. Now, as Publisher of Edible Denver (and of Edible San Luis Obispo in California), she brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to celebrating everything from the ingredients to the people that make Colorado’s food scene so vibrant. With a background in media and partnerships, Gail loves finding creative ways to connect readers, makers, and meals. A proud first-generation Filipina American, she also firmly believes that every dish is better with rice.
Ben is a familiar face to many—can you guess why? After his time on ABC’s The Bachelor, Ben built a career at the intersection of food and media from right here in Denver. He’s the co-founder of Generous Coffee, a for-purpose company using great coffee to tackle global social issues; a partner of The Culinary Creative Group, helping launch more than 20 restaurants worldwide; and host of several Generous Coffee iHeartMedia programs. He can also school our team on coffee knowledge. Ben brings both heart and strategy to the table, serving as a key advisor on media partnerships and expansion.
