Green Chile Bison Burger (Colorado Bison Burger variation)

Instructions
 

  • Place Anaheim or Pueblo peppers directly on the grill. Roast until blistered, approximately 5–7 minutes. Remove from the grill and place in a plastic bag to allow the peppers to steam. Once cooled, peel the charred skin from the peppers and slice them in half. Top the burger with pepper jack cheese, the roasted green chiles and your choice of garnishes
