Colorado Campfire Cocktail
Nothing says “summertime” in Colorado quite like a S’more. With a roasted marshmallow garnish and the addition of chocolate bitters, this cocktail from Deviation Distilling perfectly captures the essence of everyone’s favorite camp dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Deviation Distilling Barrel Aged Spice Trade Gin
- ½ ounce pure maple syrup
- 5 drops chocolate bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled. Add ice to a rocks glass and pour cocktail over ice. Top with a toasted marshmallow.
